
I’m a self-taught homebaker with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or ASD. I originally started baking some few years ago for the skill, and decided to bake for my classmates in college, of which I’m currently enrolled, to ease their spirits since the events of last autumn.
I have baked a multitude of different dishes with various flavors, such as chiffon muffins, citrus cookies, pudding cream puffs, zabaglione chocolate nested trifle, and my specialty are macarons! What I have listed here in images are previous dishes, but feel free to ask about anything you’d like even not seen here! All my orders are CUSTOM and TO YOUR TASTE, so don’t hesitate about a request! I’m open to any flavor combinations or variations, depending on the ingredients I have on hand, so any and all detail is welcome and appreciated!
I will offer different rates based on location and distance via package calculation with a $45 minimum rate plus I charge for labor, and make a corresponding amount of any batch as well as any excess to ensure a customer gets their money’s worth!

As for requests and postage, I highly recommend to approach me a month or so in advance for desserts for special occasions to accept payment, prepare and mail out your dish accordingly. I must preface again I am not professionally trained, but I am certified to cook and prepare food and am aware of how to properly store and send it!
